At the Dead by Daylight Shop, we want you to be thrilled with your fog-inspired fashion; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags remain attached and items are in their original, trial-ready condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are intact to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the items clear inspection.
